Welcome to purchase figurine products on our website (headquartered in Shanghai, China). We are committed to providing safe and efficient cross-border delivery services to customers in Europe and the Americas. The following are the detailed shipping rules, please read carefully:

1. Shipping Scope

This website only provides delivery services to customers in Europe and the Americas (excluding overseas territories, remote islands and countries/regions restricted by logistics in these regions; please consult online customer service for confirmation). All figurine products are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai, China to your designated delivery address by sea.

2. Shipping Cycle

1. Order Processing Time: After you submit your order and complete the payment, we will complete order review, product inspection, packaging and other preparation work within 2-3 working days (postponed on holidays and weekends). As figurines are fragile products, the inspection link will be appropriately extended to ensure product integrity.
2. Sea Shipping Time: After packaging is completed, the goods will be shipped by cooperating sea logistics. Under normal circumstances, the delivery cycle for European regions is about 12-16 days, and for American regions is about 14-18 days. The overall shipping cycle (order processing + sea shipping) is about 14 days (excluding force majeure factors).
3. Timeframe Note: The above delivery time is an estimated time under normal circumstances. It may be delayed by 3-5 days due to customs clearance speed, sea weather, destination logistics delivery and other factors. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

3. Packaging Standard

Figurine products are fragile. We will use multi-layer protective packaging (EPE foam + hard carton + buffer foam) to focus on protecting the details, edges and fragile parts of the figurines, minimizing damage caused by collision and extrusion during sea shipping, and ensuring that the products are delivered intact.

4. Logistics Tracking

After the goods are shipped, we will promptly send the logistics tracking number and tracking link to the email address reserved in your order. You can query the sea shipping status, customs clearance progress and delivery track of the goods in real time through the link, or contact online customer service for assistance.

5. Customs Clearance and Tax Instructions

1. Customs Clearance Responsibility: Cross-border sea shipping involves customs clearance in the destination country. We will provide complete customs clearance documents (invoices, product descriptions, etc.), and the customs clearance process will be handled by the cooperating logistics. You need to cooperate in providing necessary customs clearance information (such as ID/passport information, subject to the requirements of the destination country's customs).
2. Tax Instructions: The prices of products sold on this website do not include import duties, value-added taxes, consumption taxes and other related taxes in the destination country. These taxes shall be borne by you. The specific tax amount is verified by the destination country's customs in accordance with local policies, and you need to pay it yourself during customs clearance.

6. Force Majeure Note

Due to force majeure factors such as earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rains, wars, adjustments to customs policies, and sea shipping strikes, which lead to shipping delays, damage or loss of goods, we will try our best to assist you in coordinating with the logistics party for handling, but we will not be liable for related compensation. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Other Instructions

1. Delivery Address: Please be sure to fill in the accurate and complete delivery address (including street, house number, postcode, etc.). If the goods cannot be delivered or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address filling, you shall bear the responsibility yourself.
2. Goods Signing: Please check whether the packaging and products are intact on the spot when you or the designated recipient signs for the goods. If you find problems such as damaged packaging, damaged products, or inconsistent quantity, please take photos to keep evidence and contact online customer service within 24 hours. We will assist you in handling after-sales matters; if you feedback relevant problems after signing, we will not be able to verify the responsibility and will not accept the request.
3.
